Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only if the product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Items that have been plumbed in, altered, or show signs of use cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
